I have applied to Port my No. 9737260009 (Idea) to Airtel on 26.10.2018. As per SMS confirmation received from Airtel, this no. supposed to port Airtel by 30.10.2018. Since then I am calling many times to Idea to check the Status. Idea representative said that it has been approved from Idea & there is some issue in Airtel.
I tried to contact Airtel representative but they shows their inability to give any update one the said issue as this no.is still showing Idea.
I have cleared the Idea bill in advance & it is been delayed more than a week for porting. If next bill of idea is generated, I would not be in position the bill again. Detailed of Idea bill payment is attached.
Apart from this I tried to 2 times again to launch request at Airtel Retailer but the system after application says the it is already in Progress.
What to do? Idea is fooling me so that they can get one more month payment. Which I can not pay.
I request both the companies to look after in the matter & resolve the issues as soon as possible.
I am fed-up with calling customer care & visiting to retails.
Why idea is not supporting if any customer wants to change his operator. This is the third class service I ever faced with any Operator. I request you close the issue asap.
