I have !dea 3G Netsetter and I usually recharge it with rs. 249 for 1 gb data. I recharged it online from idea cellular website’s online recharge facility on 26th october for the same amount. Even I got sms from SBI about rs. 249 deduction from my account. However, I never got sms confirmation from idea about recharge status. After numerous trips to SBI, I finally knew that the money was successfully transferred to the merchant. And then after numerous calls to idea customer care, they are still saying I didn’t recharge once on that very day. But I have bank’s message saying otherwise, and I can even get merchant’s name from bank as a proof. Hoping idea will look into thos matter.
