I have a complain for Idea care Executive. I get CUG connection from the market calling of Idea Care Office Opp.Rajvi tower, O.P.Road , Vadodara, Gujarat office address. I take this SIM Card at Manek park circle, New VIP road vadodara by hand of the person send by your executive Miss. Nargiz who is working in this office under Mr. mittal.I pay 400 Rs. As per Policy as diposite. My card started within 2-3 days.
The Problem is when I get my 1st bill, in bill they are not adding my 400 Rs. Then I go to Idea care Office at alkapuri. They tell me what happens & give me suggestion to meet office from which my connection is started. I meet that office Executive Mr. Mital & Mr. Nilesh. He gives me reply not to worried about this next month we deducted this 400Rs. Then next month bill this issue is not over. Again they told me don’t worried I do something and next month it’s the same. For this I talk him again he gives me reply your money is not received. I think the boy who take money & Document , this boy don’t give us money. For this he give me idea collection boy no. of Mr. Sohil but finally I found originally the boy leave this job before 2 month of I get card. So In this , he is not my folt.
So Mr. mital say he don’t get money. He make me follish.
Please Help Me to solve this Problem.
