Hello I have been user of IDEA mobile service from last 8 years. I am using my net pack of Idea which was Rs. 5 per day. It is auto renewal pack. Yesterday I recharged with Rs.99 with 1 months of validity of internet pack so I must have to deactivate that auto renewal pack of Rs.5 per day. As I deactivated that pack IDEA company deactivated both of my pack. I called to customer care for activated my pack of Rs.99. They didn’t gave me satisfied answer. I called them 6 to 7 times from the morning in gap of 1 hour each and every time their manager are busy. Customer executives says that our boss is busy. What should I do?
