Name of company/service: Idea Cellular
It is being from the time of my connection I have not received not even single copy of printed copy of bill. From since past one year I am raising the complaint with Idea approximately every month, but idea has no concern in resolving the issue. Recently they taken the complaint again but sent a delivery note (SMS) indicating it has been delivered to someone GEETHA, which is wrong person. How can Idea so negligent to deliver to wrong person and address of valuable info (call details etc.) to some strangers.
I request the consumer division to take suitable action against the service provider and resolve the issue. It is no improvement in contacting costumer center because I have made my effort in contacting them, mailing them etc.
