this is suresh my idea number is 8652116666, last month 29th i got
msg to pay 3,500 unbilled amt for my number. To activate outgoing
calls, i went oshiwra idea gallery and i paid 1000 rupees they said u
have to pay more 2000 rupees to activate outgoing calls, but i paid
only 1000 rupees my outgoing calls are disconected from 29 th june
, ON 12TH June i got my bill i saw my bill was 429.33 rupees, my
balnce 569 rupees with idea. from last 14 days i faced lot of problems because of their silly
calculation now the new problem is i want to transfer my number from post
paid to prepaid from last 6 days i was running one to another gallery
to transfer my number but gallery don’t have the form i went oshiwara
continiously and jogeshwari gallery and asked them souround gallery
address they said even bangurnagar gallery they also don’t have the form till today no action from idea I sent two mails but no reply what I have to do now plz help me
