I purchased an Idea Blade 3G from karelibaug Shop, Mobile point, Vadodara. After use of just three months i got problem in its speaker and shopkeeper directed me to customer care center. When i reached there i found it was actually an ONIDA Service center and in small corner, there was a counter for idea. I was surprised to see this first then i talked to person sitting over there and collected my mobile and told me to collect next day. When next day i reached there that person gave me back by saying it is ok now but after i came to know that they returned my mobile as it was earlier without checking it.Exactly after 10 days i had a problem in charging again i went there and spoke to that guy he returned me back by saying that there was a problem in your electric point or plug where u r charging..Still i am facing the same problems in charging as well as in speaker. The attitude of the guy sitting over there was also not good.. He himself supposed to understand the owner of company and his way of talking with customer was also not good.I kindly request you to submit my complain in ur forum otherwise days are not too far when people will stop to buy IDEA products and users like us also do not recommend others to purchase the same but we will start rampaging campaign against IDEA products through social site networks.
