icri refund my money

My daughter had opted for 6months diploma course in icri.It was an online course.We paid 20000 in december,2011.since then the organisation is fooling us.The exam was meant to be conducted in july and they did not inform about it to her.However they made an excuse that my daughter will be allowed to write in september.Since then there is no information from their side,begumpet campus is shut without any employees in it.All their phone numbers are out of service,nor do they respond to our mails.Help me out how to go with the legal process and how far i am eligible for refund of money.
