I Purchased the policy after discusing it over the phone and confirming that the ploicy covers maternity again and again i was told by the phone rep it was covered .
However when i called back after a 3 weeks i was told policy does not cover maternity .

This is very frustrating, when i demanded for refund i was informed there would be a deuction of 25% premium however when i informed that i would need the call records as the Agent had clearly informed me over the phone that it is covered under the plan.

Then the agen iformed me on wed 19th march 1 pm that he would investigate and get back in 48hrs, now its more than 60 hrs still no go.

I want my full money to be credited back to my account.
