ICICI BANK Excess interest charged illegaly

Sir,
I took Housing Loan from ICICI Bank Ltd at floating rate of interest, when interest is increased then they increased their interest & EMI amount. When interest gone down they did not charge apply that % of interest and EMI amount was same. Whenever I went to ask for revised less % of interest they asked to deposit some lump sum money to deposit. I ran this EMI last 10 Years more than my Housing Loan amount. I have all documents along with me. Please help.

Simply I am cheated by ICICI BANK LTD. Please help me.
