I WISH TO INFORM THAT I AM HARRASED WITH THE SERVICES OF AIRTEL PREPAID

I wish to inform that I AM HARRASED with the services of Airtel .i have given alot of complaint regarding wrong amount deduction and bad customer serviceing.per day am losting more than 50 rs ,and very bad customer serviceing also i have bring this issue to appelete disk of kerela airtel prepaid 10 times but they are not takeing action for my complaint.and also try to insult me.

please go through my complaint and take serious action.
