Hi All,

I am using vodafone corporate connection from last 3 months. I was billed around 900 per month. I am bearing phone number 9650430446. My all usage can be covered under the 399/- per month plan. now I am under the 299/- per month plan. Vodafone did not inform me that I can change the plan to cover my usages for every month in 399 rupees. they charged 900 per month. I was not helped by Nodal officer and applet officer as well. They response my email after 12 days. When I asked ti change th ecurrent plan in 399 from 299. I asked swati from applete office to change the plan from the vbeggining of the bill cycle she denied to od it, She wants to activate this plan from coming bill cycle and wish to loot me for this month too..Just see the email……Services on your Vodafone number 9650430446 [REF:205194210532]

Dear Vodafone,

I am not satisfied with the way my issue was tried to resolved by Swati. She doesn’t have proper products knowledge about plan and all. She wasted my 2 hours today to just share the available best fitted plan for me according to my usages.

I am already under the 299 IBM plan and asked for the best plan for the more STD usages, she suggested for the 99 and 199 plans as a best fitted plan and take around 2 hours to reply me with the best plan.

Nodal-officer and Applet officer both wasted around 10 days to reply this email and address my concern.

My issue is remain unsolved.
I do not want any further communication from Swati, I need my issue resolution form Vivek Applet officer.

Vodafone did not communicated me about the best fitted plan and charged me 900 per month, However I do not have any objection with this if 399 plan will be activated from the begging of this bill cycle to cover this month charges, So I again do not have to pay 900.

I am waiting for the call from Mr Vivek.

    Here the matter is:
    I’m on vodafone pay as go from past 8-9 years and now 10 days I’ve migrated my number to pay monthly Corporate plan from FIS Global, the executive offered me their corporate plan which was 149 rental (300 minutes local and national, 300 texts local and international) CUG free and 1GB data on 2G speed with 98 Rs additional which I accepted. I took tow corporate plans and handed over my documents on 3rd December 2013 and since then my worst time with vodafone started. I waited 2 days for my number transfer which finally got done on 5th December 2013, but still my Internet didn’t work because it was not activated, I’m calling customer care and the guys who provided this corporate plan, Mr, Divesh and they both gave me different statement,
    Customer care guys said your verification is not done so Internet is not active(they said this things for 3 days) and one day finally a representative said your Internet pack services are not active so I’ve activated on both the numbers and it’ll started working within 4 hours ( this statement was given on 9th Dec) but still no joy, I called them back and now they said you need to email us on our corporate email address to get your Internet pack activated( which is rubbish) now I called Divesh and he keep on saying I’ll get it done for you n ballah ballah, now on 10th December 2013 Divesh called me and said that plan is no more so we can not activate it(2G plan 1 GB data for 98 rs), FINALLY I GOT THE STATEMENT WHICH SHOWS THE MIS SELLING OF PRODUCT AND THAT TOO ON CORPORATE PLAN,

    Good Job Vodafone.

    Today is 11th December 2013 and I’m with out Internet on my phone.

    So this is how Vodafone cheat to old an loyal customers.

    I’m planning to move to any another service who atleast don’t cheat like this.

    What a poor and pathetic services and our customer care representative are really manner less and they’re not willing to talk in proper manner.

    It’s a Shame on Vodafone ..

    I’m on vodafone pay as go from past 8-9 years and now past 2 years I’ve migrated my number to pay monthly Corporate plan from , the executive offered me their corporate plan which was 199 rental (600 minutes local and national) Vodafone live unlimited on 99/month 2G speed which I accepted and since then my worst time with vodafone started. every month I use get the Bill of 500 something suddenly this month i got the bill of 2000 Rs in the itemized bill it was showing that 1200 Rs is because of internet usage, then i realized that Vodafone did not inform me that they have changed my plan to VL unlimted 99/month to for 1GB 125/month, acthully regarding this i have already mailed to [email protected] didn’t hear back any thing so send reminder mail and i got the response asking to send the plan details in between I’m calling customer care and the guys not at all helping, one person says he will give my number to to his TL so that I’ll get a call from him but i didn’t get any.
    This is like MIS SELLING OF PRODUCT AND THAT TOO ON CORPORATE PLAN,

    I TOO AGREE WITH ABOVE CUSTOMER,

    Am using the vodafone (9962288844) the same problem persist for me as well. I requested an service explanation on the usage on 23rd OCT but till now no one contacted me for the details and they reply as you are not reachable for a fact that i am living in chennai (Near CMBT). My plan as 299 and the plan details are not provided me since i upgraded from 249 to 299 plan.
