I got SPiDiGO internet on 16/06/2012 with 6 months plan and i am not satisfied with the service. In one month my connection was close almost 10 to 12 days. when i call customer care, they were always busy to talk with else. I gave written application to main office for deactivate my internet connection.customer care executive name: Dushyant says that i can’t deactivate my connection. I want to deactive my connection and i want my money back. please help me.
