I paid from HDFC Bank. Successful mounts are coming from there and are denying that we have not received money.

On 23 November, I booked a ticket through Goibibo app but the money was cut due to failed ticket transaction I did this transaction with HDFC Bank and the transaction was successful there but Goibibo app refuses that we have not received the money for this transaction.I have complained to both merchants and I have not received their solution yet.HDFC Bank and Goibibo are denying that we have no payment stuck. The whole is successful and there is no idea of ​​when I will receive my payment and from where.
