I lost my costly Parcel

Name of company/service: Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd

I courier my parcel possessed 2 Rakhis which was very costly..i courier that is on 2-08-2012 to Itarsi … i followed continuously ,,,in Bhopal Branch, and Itarsi but they are they are not responding properly…I don’t understand How these type of services can work in Market who can not deal the custmer in a manner or can not provide the Services as they charge.
