I ordered a product from the this website through ebay.com, my order id is 280816174323.
I ordered it on 17th may 2012,hence the product which i was recieved was not like as shown in the website picture.Ater that i had launched a complain against them to change the product or refund my money back…but unfortunetely i haven’t got any positive response from the ebay customer care..then i directly call the dealer,as per their suggestion i courier the same item to their shop, as they said they will refund my money…but as usual every day when i call them they assureme that next day they will return my money back which i dont get on my a/c. now they dont receive the phone calls, lines are busy forever
