I have not Received my PF Refund with my ex employer Adecco India Pvt Ltd Jaipur

My Pf claim form has been submited at my ex-employer office on dt.09.05.12 by me byhand.however till date i have not received any refund from my ex employer.

It would be my humble request tp please look in this matter on an urgent basis.i am ahandicapt man i have all frouf what you have need for my matter like joining latter,salery slip with PF details all months and xerox of my PF forms which i have submit etc.

My Joining date with my company is 13.09.11

My leaveing dt. with my comany is 09.04.12

PF Form submit dt is.09.05.12
