I have not received my mob form service station after 50days

Name of company/service: Dell (mobile)

I have submitted my mobile to accel service station, vadodara for having complain of speaker in dell xcd35 mobile handset. mobile was under warranty period they told me that within 15 days you will get your mobile set. but after 50 days I have not received my mobile set and company is telling that it will take more 10-15 days. I am suffering without my dell xcd 35 handset. kindly do the needful asap.
