Sir i contact to Golden Transport pvt.Ltd on 8may17, regarding a parcel from Chirawa to Bikaner. They told that you pay your payment Rs.1500 first (through paytm), after that transport vehicle will reach at your address with bill. I have done Rs. 1500 through paytm to. 9068315633 , but transport personal said, i have not received and i call paytm costumer care, he told that due to network problem payment was received by transport company, refund will done in 24 hrs. I again try Rs.100 that was successful received by transport as confirmed . So left payment Rs.1400 I again send.but same problem, I send Total amount of Rs.3000 to transport (1500+100+1400).Transport said that he received only Rs.100. Today on 10 may 17 i confirm from paytm, paytm told that three transaction Rs.1500+100+1500 received by 9068315633. After that transport said that they not received.
I am very depress, please help me sir.
