Name of company/service: Yellow Cabs – Hyderabad
Today I booked a Miyapur around 4-5 hours before. They confirmed the booking number 253. I got a message from them with Driver cell number but when I tried to call the driver he was not lifting my phone. I tried for 3 times after that I called to their customer care but there also same thing. After long fight they picked up my call and told me that there is a break down in the cab so unable to provide the service. I asked if same thing happen to them then they they do generally. They told me they collect a fine of Rs. 200/-. Then I asked for Rs. 200/- from them, because I believe same rule should be applied to customers also then. But they cut my call. Don’t know how to react on it now. I am going to logged a complain in Consumer Forum for it, I think I will get the positive support from them at least.
