I’m an consumer who purchased one of the products named ‘BISK FARM ROYAL CREAM’ biscuits. In the said pack of biscuits, while eating one of the Royal Cream biscuit on 01/09/2018 I found that there was a strand of human hair inside the biscuit. So after this incident i’m having serious concerns regarding the food safety and hygiene norms of the factory from where these products are being manufactured. Further on if by consuming this product if I fall ill or if I have food poisoning, then BISK FARM will be liable for my Medical expenses and charges incurred for my health issues.
