This is in continuation of our complaint “complaint-for-the-porting-from-reliance-to-vodafone” dated July 3rd, 2012. After complaining in the forum, from the four numbers one number is ported.
From the other three numbers one number 9654355979 its Code : RD312756 Validity : 08/07/12 has already accepted by the Reliance on 13th July 2012, but still the number is not updated in the vodafone record & also the number is not activated. For this we called so many times to Vodafone person (Mr. Nitin- 9811918677)as he is the authorized person for porting issues from Vodafone to our company, but he mostly never picked our call or sometimes if he picked the call, if don’t have any information or updates.
Besides the above number we still don’t have any updates for the other two numbers 1) Mob : 9899597084 Code : RD315227 Validity : 10/07/12 2) Mob : 9873904211 Code : RD313189 Validity :08/07/12
We are really fed up of the poor corporate services of Vodafone & Reliance. Their team never cooperate with the customers. We called both daily 100 times for porting, but we never got the right response from them.
We want to port these numbers on an urgent basis, because we are facing loss in our bussiness due to poor service of reliance, as these numbers are related to our marketing people.
We hope you understand our problem & will take the immediate action.
