I have purchase a HTC one x mobile before 6 month from The Mobile Store Outlet situated at City center-2 Rajarhat Kolkata, now I am facing a problem again & again, problem is touch screen is not working properly. I have gone to the authorised service center named wireless communication which is situated at Kakurgachi Kolkata, they take my mobile & told me to come back after 10 day, but I got my mobile on 8th day. When I came at home I found that the adhesive of the screen was removed from the left portion of the screen & at night I faced the same problem again, the touch screen is not working again. I think this is a manufacturer difect & company have to replace the phone. What action I have to need please suggest because I have pay Rs32500/- for the phone. I am wasting my time to go for the service center. Please please please help me.
