HTC ONE-V has dead after 30 days of purchase

I bought a htc one-v expecting a lot on the latest htc one technology they have introuduced.But after one month of the purchase time, the phone just stopped working, since it was under warranty i gave the phone to service center Radington India Ltd. Gokhle Marg, Lucknow (U.P.). The executive said to me that it will take one week for repairing. Now 15 days have passed but there was no response from their side and i make the call several times since last 2 days but not picked the phone. can anybody help me ??
