HTC not satisfied with product and quality of service

i am having htc one v ..hoisted so many complaints due to malfunction of cell and visited to service center for repair and he repaired it he is saying but still it is malfunction ..and not getting any response had loss of 18thousand rupees with the gadget ..took 2 months back but not used for single rupee ..worst service
