Name of company/service: HSBC bank

Please not that I am having a powervantage A/C (105-410237-006) with HSBC Bund Garden Pune Branch. The A/C is configured to pay automatically to the credit card. I ve misplaced the Security device and therefore could not login to the internet banking since jan 2012. I was not informed by the customer care of HSBC bank that they have stopped the Automatic payment to the credit card or even I was also not informed by the Credit card customer care about the outstanding amount which was only less than 3000 till Jan 2012. I was under the impression that the payment amount is getting automatically deducted from my bank A/C. I was shocked this Sat(14 July) when I visted HSBC Barakhamba , new Delhi branch to pay the rest of the amount. They asked me the total amount is 10000/=.
Depite having my latest contact no with the bank, i was not informed about the amount. Please look into it
