Hrashment to the customer due non delivery of the services.

Location/place: Kapashera, New Delhi

Name of company/service: Airtel digital TV services.

I have purchased digital TV online through the customer care of air tel digital TV. I was asked to make the online payment which has been received to the airtel at the same point of time. They have issued me the transaction id and booking id. In spite of several calls, I have not got any appropriate response from them, eventhough, they have started disconnecting my calls…resulted to the loss of money in calling. Secondly, they got failed to provide the services within the stipulated time. Within the duration, they have hrashed me alot…is it the value or the way to deliver the services ? Please help.
