HP Printer not working

Name of company/service: RAJTILAK METAL INDUSTRIES

Dear Sir,

We bought a printer from HP,7 months before.
The detail of printer is : HP-Officejet J3608 All-in-One
Fax.Printer.Scanner.Copier.

But from 4-5 days its not working.

Please send your representative to solve the problem asap.
