i bought hp mini 210 on 4/June/2012 and from the very first day i was seeing a horizontal line at top of the display. Initially i ignored but after 20 days that line increased and keyboard also become dysfunctional.
then on 3/July/2012 i made a complaint to hp service center. The executive came and replaced the keyboard and tried to put new LCD.
Even after assembling new LCD that line continue to exist. When he started window mouse pad become dysfunctional.
He opened lappy 4 to 5 times and then said problem is not of display i.e. hardware but it is of software( but not confirmed).
I said before opening you should have first confirmed the problem.
Later they took my unit to service center.after 4 days said they want to format the computer then that problem will be resolved.
I ask them to replace that defective unit by new unit as the problem is from the first day.
HP manager is not listening to me and saying they replace only with in 14 days of purchase not beyond that.
I told keyboard,Mouse,Display three problems in one month and you people without knowing the right solution opened my unit.
What should i do?
will the consumer court will help me?
