I bought HP laptop on April 28.04.10,after doing extensive work.but i think all has gone vain. usually we have pre notion that HP is indian brand so we will get good services.but its like a big false for me.after two month of uses my laptop..started giving me problem.i register online complain at HP support.as directed by online support i visited Ashtech ahmedabad and they refused to give me services to particuker DV4 model.see the HP has authorised service station…but they are not aware we this particular model get it repair.again i visited Simtech ahmedabad.they examined my laptop and confirm my HDD is defective but they did not check other things as asked by me.Results after few day again my Charger stop working…then again i visited to that service station. Then only they confirm my problem.My question is How can company like HP took every thing lightly…so its my big advice before buying think twice…………
