Hi, my name is Sourav Paul. I have ordered a “Playboy Hollywood Deodorant Spray” 150 ml from www.indiaplaza.in on 10 th sep 2011. The price of the product is Rs.109 (after discount) and it was deducted from my bank account while ordered. On 22nd Sep 2011 I have received this product from DTDC Courier (no- D07419570).
It was fully sealed when i received . After opening the pack I found that the Deo container has 2 hole and fully empty. I am fully disappointed. Plz provide the cash back or send a fresh product immediately to my address. I can also return the defected poroduct if you bare the courier cost. I hope u will take the proper action immediately in my favour.

Hi, I send a mail regarding the damaged product send to me on 22nd september and got a reply on 23rd that you are looking into it to resolve the issue withing 26th Sept. But after 10 days also I am not getting any reply from your side nor a fresh product being sent to me. I am totally disappointed with your company on how you are behaving with me. Please consider this mail as the final request. In case I will not get the fresh product by Oct 5th, I am will go to consumer forum to raise this issue against you. I will publish the issue in various blogs to refrain people to use your site also.
