I had taken a home loan of Rs 11,30,000 from ICICI bank in the year May 2008. Without fail I have paid my EMI on time. Now few months back all of a sudden I get a call asking me whether I would like to increase my tenure. On inquiry I was told that Rs 10 lacs plus is still outstanding. When I checked I realised I have already paid Rs 7,98,000 to the bank. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money. Please help me to get out of this problem.
