Hello Consumer Forum,
I was transfered from guwahati to Kolkata by my Employer. Hence booked my households and bike through National Packers & Movers, lakhimi path, R G Barua Road Guwahati-24 to shift to Kolkata.Vide bill no.NPM/GHY/309 Dated-11th julu’12. I paid the full amount in advance that is Rs. 17,275/. Inspite of that they have not delivered the households to my kolkata address. Today is 19th july’12. more over the owner and the employees are not giving any information regarding this. Initialy they assured that I will be geting the goods within three days. Acording I cam to Kolkata with my wife and 4.5 years old daugther. We kept on waiting for the households. Inbetween my daughter fell ill so I was clueless what to do. Me my family are suffering a lot.
