House hold goods damaged in transit from hyderabad to bangalore

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: Agarwal packers and movers

My house hold goods were shifted from Hyderabad to bangalore by Agrawal Packers GC no. 806497 . dated 24/5/2012. The goods were delivered in damaged condition on 28/05/2012 and I was informed that the damaged items will be replaced by next day . I have contact their Bangalore,mumbai and hyderabad Office several times but no response till date .

I have paid Rs. 15000/– but all gone waste . My understanding is Agarwal Packers are not Good and made a wrong decision in giving the job. Also there were no resposible person from the Company, all persons were hired locally and not employee of Agrawal Packers.They know only Hindi they dont know any other languages

I request immediate replacement of the damaged goods .
