We had booked the hotel aashirwad in Mussorie for check in date 4th june via makemy trip online portal(booking id NH710786250492).The booking was confirmed by makemy trip. However when we went in the afternoon at 3 pm to check in the hotel, the hotel denied us the booking despite being confirmed by makemy trip and told us to look elsewhere. They were mentioning that they didn”t get any confirmation from make my trip and hence they cant allow. When we showed them our confirmation voucher sent my makemy trip, they told us to talk to make my trip only. We called up make my trip customer support number so many times immediately but could not find any response. We registered our complaint immediately via mail(Reference ID: [140609-011316]). Hence we had searched for the hotel on our own and after time and cost consuming effort we made own arrangements to stay at other place which costed us a lot apart from the inconvenience at the last moment.
