This is in reference with my claim no -OR/1/149/222 in suneeta kumari w/o sudhir kumar singh . i had filed a mediclaim of RS.22681/- for which has deposited all hospital bill and discharge summery . I have made a complaint for same on 10 & 13 sep 2011 through Email @ [email protected] or [email protected]
but the matter is not yet resolved.
