Hello,
I am a customer of reliance telecom using my post paid service more than a year now and at my location I never got services properly. I called the customer care and every time they said me that a work is going on near by my area and every time they set a expectation for me and gave me a flying arrow that it will be get fixed. And so many time they said me that there is a upgradation going on the cell site….(Amazing partis this they are fixing the site since 4mnths now)
My issue never get fixed and I am paying more than 1k every month without any use to relianc.
I want justification if reliance cannot provide services please let me know I think if I pay that much amount to some other dervice provider they will give me more than this and better service.
If its dosent going to work my next step will any news channl to expose this in the public sector so that other poor people like me will not get any problem and get proper service.
