This is regarding token number 23987. My name is Sushant Jain.
I have submitted my HP laptop under warranty to Vintech Electronic System , Deep bunglow Chowk, Model Colony, Pune on 4th Dec 2010.
There was a small problem of Bluetooth in my laptop. After one week, on 11th December I called to your customer care 98 8190 8190.
Ms/Mrs sangeeta was on line. I asked the status of my laptop and she told me to call after 10 min. Now after 30 min I called again, and talked to Sangeeta.
This time also she told me to call after 10 min. At this I busted on her that I just wanted to ask status of my laptop and she is not able to tell me this small thing only.
At this, She disconnected my call without replying me.
I again called her and said “Hello”… After listening my voice only she disconnected the call. WHAT AN IRONY!!!!!
A customer is asking something and your customer care executive is behaving like I have been cheated. At least she should have replied regarding status. I was just asking when I can collect my laptop. You can imagine the irritation faced by me. You can trace the call or check, neither I misbehaved with her nor used any abusive word. In spite of that she disconnected my call
I was feeling that I have given my laptop to some illegal service center and I have lost my laptop forever. I stay in Nigdi. So according to this kind of customer care I should have travelled 20 km daily to know my status. BCoz your executive disconnects the call of customer.
I request you to please take strict action regarding this. Customer care is the very first interaction with customer to any company.
The conversation like ms/mrs Sangeeta is doing , This makes customer scared and loose trust on product too.
