Name of company/service: Reliance NetConnect+
As a Reliance NetConnect+ customer i was promised speeds upto 3.1 MBPS. I have been struggling since the time I opted for Reliance dataCard. Forget even reaching 1MBPS I get speeds upto 100KBPS only and most of the times it comes down to 0 yes a single ‘0’ both download and upload or hovers around 10kbps.I stay in RT Nagar. When i tried to complain through the customer care on 180030005555, i was told that the server is down we shall call you later and take your complaint.
I am not paying a single penny for this months bill.
