I purchased the connection about 3 years ago and not a single day goes by when this pathetic connection doesn’t disconnect every 15 minutes or so. All my downloads are constantly corrupting because of their connection. I have called their customer support and lodged a thousand complaints and no one ever shows up and they close my complaint automatically within 2 hours of lodging. This company has robbed me of my money by providing no customer care whatsoever. My money has gone down the drain and I would like to see them penalized for their lack of professionalism and and extremely poor quality of service.
