I have applied for loan in LIC HFL and submitted all original documents of my land and now its more than 2 months but till now I haven’t got any proper response from LIC side. I have been keep on calling and sending messages but even though they are not responding for anything . Such a irresponsible customer connectivity I have ever seen in my life . I want proper response immediately or else kindly return back all my documents. I have tried contacting all levels of higher managers and even corporate offices but no one is responding to my call and also for mails .
