Since I have booked Holiday package at Book My Holiday for my entire family consisting of my spouse and two children above 12 years for seven nights and eight days I sent money through internet banking for the said amount of Rs 7000/- plus booking amount of Rs 750/-and the Voucher in advance by courier to book any place in India in the month of May and Jun 2012. I am yet to get the reply from their side and number of mail correspondance are with me and they have not bothered to give an assurance for the said holiday and giving lame excuses.Mail for receiving the amount says,Dear Mr.Vinod!!
