Name of company/service: Hitachi
I have still not got any resolution to my complaint, it has been 10 days since I logged the complaint.
Extremely poor service from Hitachi. I have got no revert to my previous mail as well.
I also spoke to Mr.Samit Das Gupta, Asst Branch in- charge at noida, however no revert from him as well.
Please do let me know who to escalate this further to….

Complaint no : 12061501933
1. Complaint logged on : 15th June for AC not cooling and foul smell from AC . Was informed that would be addressed in 48 hours
2. Called up 3 times to the call center, however got no revert. Was informed to connect the local service center and was provided a number for Omkar Tomar ( 9899280466). I spoke to him and he informed me to that he does not look at my region and I should contact Mr. Ravi at 8595045064.
3. Have been calling the local Service Center Mr. Ravi since Monday, 18 June. However i am promised a service every day, with no one turning up.
4. Today i have logged a Web Service call as well…hoping that something should work.
I think this is very pathetic service and I have dealt with LG and Samsung in the past however, never come across such non – customercentric service.
Please let me know how I can reach out to your senior most officials to make them aware of their service standards.
