HITACHI AC – WORST POST SALES SERVICE SUPPORT

Hi,

I bought a HITACH Split AC in the IInd week off May 2012 and the same got installed in my home by HITACHI service representatives.
I faced few problems in the AC functioning and to rectify the same logged a service complaint with HITACH 044 – 35324848 on May 27 2012.

Service Complaint Number: 12052601492

TILL DATE NO ONE FROM HITACH HAS COME TO SERVICE MY REQUEST.
MY AC IS UNDER WARRANTY .

I have been calling the HITACH service support number 044 – 35324848 (by selecting option 2 ) to know my service request status and was hearing one of the below responses.

 Your service request has been assigned high priority and it will attended by tomorrow.
 Your service request has been assigned high priority and it will attended by today
 You have dial 044 – 35324848 followed by 2 to reach follow-up team. This is the way I have reached the support person.
 You can call Chennai office for further details
 You can send email to our customer care to escalate
 You can call our Ahmedabad office to escalate

I have sent email to HITACHI’s customer support email ids ‘[email protected]’ and ‘[email protected]’ but not even received email acknowledgement.
Whenever I asked the support team member to transfer the call to a higher authority they simply say..
 They do not have the access
 Higher authorities are not available at this moment
 Dial 044 – 35324848 followed by 2 to reach them

I have been following with the HITACHI but till date nothing has happened.
I AM NOT SURE HOW TO BRING THIS KIND OF WORST POST SALES SERVICE SUPPORT PROBLEMS PROVIDED BY HITACHI TO WORLD VISION.
