I purchased 3 Hitachi Airconditioners Kaze model & 3 Unistab Stabilisers from Bajaj Electronics located on Punjagutta Main road on 20/05/2012 with the promise that installation would be done in 2days. The installation was finally done on 28th may, after I repeatedly called Hitachi customer care. The same evening,when I switched on my bedroom A/C, it worked for one hour and after that it got switched off & the stabiliser was producing very creeky noise.
I called up Hitachi & Bajaj electronics the very nextday. They came on 2nd June and said the AC is working well, so I have to get the stabiliser replaced. After that till date(6th June 2012) I have been calling Bajaj electronics everyday talking to their manager Mr. Indra Sena, who promises me that he will send his personnel home to replace my AC stabiliser, but nobody turns up. So my bedroom ac not working..am having to sleep in my living room.
Please blacklist this Bajaj Electronics, as their customer care is very very poor. they have one customer care number which does not work & no other telephone # of their showroom is given
