    Mene ek two wheel seplender bike finance (HLF) SE fimance hue thi mahaveer enclave palam se le thi. Meri 1st emi bank se cut gai 2id emi ke leye mere pass sanjeet naam ka ladka 25/6/13 aaya or usne batya ki system error hone ke wajhe se ab app ko emi cash deni hogi mene kha thik hai me account me nahi dala karunga or wo abhi tak mujhe se 13 emi le ja cuka hai. Lekin mere account se 3 time 225 ka balance cut cuka hai mene sanjeet se pucha to unhone bataya ki ye refund ho jayega lekin abi tak mujhe kuch nai mela. Ager emi mere account se he leni thi to cash qyu le me to account me dal deta or ye fev.march or july ka hi balance kyn cut ager cut ta to every month cata jata.

    Dear Sir / madam,

    I took finance from Hinduja Layland for Hero Pleasure. My EMI amount is INR3000/- month. However since May 2014 there has been 6 EMIs cut from my account. I told your local representative of Vadodara ( gujarat ), his name is Mr.Amit Gathe but there is no response from him. Every month two EMIs cut from my account which is become very hard for me spend a month because my finance settlement gets disturb. I don’t know what the hell is going on. Please stop doing this fraud to innocent people.
    Please get me my EMI statement as soon as possible. I even find any customer care email where I can send document proof. It’s been worst experience ever I found.

    He his a truck driver and done known about the knowledge of ECS and AFC of this financial firm now he want to sell his twowheeler but the financial people say that he must pay Rs12181/- then only they generate NOC for his account I want to known that why he pay the too much money for this account and he lot of time Request to them to reduce some small amount for his AFC but they still say the same answer you must pay the ADDITIONAL FINNANCE AMOUNT FOR HIS ACCOUNT.

    WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR MY FRIEND AND HOW MUCH COST FOR BOUNCING ECS

    At the time of agreement i submitted my cts cheques & signed on ecs form also for auto debit. And deposited some amt in my A/C, on the due no any amount has deducted in my A/C i waited for 2, 3 days and went to local branch & asked what is d problem with ecs.. Then they asked me to sign again on ecs form.. & collected the first emi by cash, 2nd month same problem repeated. After a discussion they confirmed & iam paying the emi by cash in office before 5th of every month & i preclosed the loan also but they are sending me the notices that i have to pay the due amt of od ecs (Apkakrtw00964). I didn’t delayed a single day, why should I pay fine & ecs delay process is their mistake. Pls solve my problem.

    Since last 6 months, My ECS are not hitting in my account and this people can not resolve my issues…

    If you can not resolve a customers complain in 150 days than how u can call your complany a “Corporate”!!!!?

    I was purchased passion pro bike 2 years back with 45.000 down payment,

    balance amount is i 18 moths finance in with 1.530 per month ,

    every month i payed to bank
    person which is collect the money,

    he is not payed money to some amount to office,

    when my balance Rs:6.500/-we reached to office hyd in Lb nagar branch they said he is the cheater ,

    the case is going on his name sorry for that now you pay 13.000 that time i have,

    only 10.000 rupees i told the balance amount after one month dont increase,

    i told after one week some people came told your bike is under seas then,

    i check the receipt is it 6.500 i return the i ask the cashier he said that much amount only your paid So show me the your CC can record i will show he told there is no cc cameras hear,

    Then i ask how much to total amount for clear my bike he said,

    8.000rs but including go-down & 2.000 NOC I was paid 10.000& i having all the, Receipts They said will send the n o c to your address now 6 moths complete,

    not receded NOC also coming calls saying we are calling from Chennai,

    amount is balance penality why it is i have i was lose 85.000 nearly for 55.000 bike i have all records if i go to the Court,problem for Hiduja

    I have finance a Suzuki Gixxer from Hinduja Lealand with 16 emi, Due to ECS problem i had paid the total outstanding amount in sep As per Executive Mr Ashok,

    Till today i goted the ecs continuously in my account( that is bounced every month )
    When i call to Mr. Ashok for status of NOC he is not picking my call & not giving any reply befor one month,

    Please guide how to settle the same becs. my CIBIL status is very poor due to this

    I tool Two wheeler loan from hinduja finance in may 2011. All 24 installments were directly debited from my saving account through ECS.
    after completion of all installment I checked my CIBIL and came to know that there is some amount remaining to pay.I sent 6 to 7 mails to hinduja finance on there mail id because they are not picking up any call.
    due to there wrong calculation my civil score spoil.
    eventhough I am ready to pay and writing them regarding outstanding balance but no one is ready to reply.
    worst experience of customer service.
    I suggest not to take any loan from hinduja finance because they are not providing after sale service and they dont care about customer.

    I have purchase Hero Splender I-Smart in June 2015 with your finance policy. And the term of Payment is 24 Months which is completed in last july2017. My loan number is PJCGABTW00698 . I have pay my final payment according to your employees. This payment paid by me in Baldev Nagar, Ambala Branch. At the time of payment Mr. Pratap says pay 16500 for final settlement and i am responsible if NOC will not be handover to you within 7days. But from that day he don’t pick my call. In our last conversation he says i am not resposible for this. Don’t disturb me. Ask company for this.
    So i request you to please provide my NOC on urgent basis. Otherwise i am bounded for take a legal action.

    my self Om Prakash Gupta,
    I have taken finance on MP 65 P 0160, dated Oct – 2015, I have paid my all EMI 1 year ago i have paid all foreclose amt Rs 232000/- and i asked to executive for NOC, then he tell many time that he give NOC tomorrow. But at last now he is telling that you have pending balance of 29000/- now.
    kindly arrange to provide my NOC.
