Name of company/service: citibank Delhi
I issued a citi bank cheque for credit card payment for my SBI card. Today that cheque got returned due to insufficient funds. After calling back citibank customer care I got to know that Rs. 3000 (app) has deducted from my citibank account for outstanding payment of citibank credit card which i am holding.
I have never told about this option and never been taken my consent for activating this service, nor I am receiving the messages for this transaction particularly. though I am getting messages for rest of translations.
Now I have to pay lot of money for late payment fee charges to the bank for which my payment is being rejected.
