sir, i dinesh kumar hv buy a voltas vertics split 1.5 ton ac at the date of 3-3-2012 from national electronic jamshedpur, after 1 month a problem is generated i.e. water liks from inlet side(where the cool air comes). then i hv complain for this in costumer care. they give me a call id-12my1403285, after this they always said today technican will go to ur home, but not any one come to see my ac. after some days they again give me call id i.e.-12ju1302362, sir i face much difficulties plz help in this matter, & when i asked him that if u not solve my problem then i will go to consumer court, then they said plz go for that.
