Dear sir,
my name is phanibabu,recently i booked my washing machine from nandyal to secunderabad.Exact date was 22-11-2012,but so many times i contacted to railway parcel service,they didnt give any information.so finally i went directly to parcel service.they given 960 rupees bill for that.Actual cost is 192 rupees,but they told per hour charges 4rupees and totally for 10 days they given 960 rupees bill.i asked information they spelt wrong words.
so, please kindly help me from this problem.even i got reciept from there.
