I have the honor to state that I have purchased a nokia mobile model C6-00 on 13mar2011 invoice number is 34338 of Rs 11900/- INR. Which IME number are 355398048299639.
Further I state that the day I brought this headset it has got problem in touch pad I have requested to nokia helpline number 08030303838 for replacement of headset. Customer representative insist me that sir you have to keep this phone as per company standing rules we cannot change the piece which has crossed 48 hours after purchase time. So I approached the nokia care Dandia Bazar. 0265 – 2425242 for repair of touch pad. After 15 days I got headset back.
Again after four months in Aug 2011 it has got many problems like touch pad not working headset hanging even sometimes call attending or disconnecting button does not function.
On 23Aug 2011 I visited on token number 73 at nokia care info city gandinagar 07940160127. They have escaped themselves by telling that sir we don’t have spare parts and ensured me that within two days they will call me back.
Respected sir, I did not get call back till now. I am totally fed-up with this headset and it has consumed my lot of precious time. Being a consumer nokia company has made a fraud with me by selling faulty headset and I have been cheated.
Kindly put your best efforts and by taking necessary action please solve this case as soon as possible. i will be grateful to you.
